When I started my blog I did not know exactly how much work went into blogging. I knew nothing about Facebook Groups, how valuable Pinterest was to bloggers, SEO or affiliate links besides Amazon. When I decided to create this blog, I knew you could make money from blogging, but I thought it was something that took years to do. Somehow I manage to make .32 cents my first month of blogging. Since income was not a priority for me my first month of blogging. I consider that a win.

Now, I have no intentions of becoming a full-time blogger. I love being an attorney. I have career aspirations with that career all on its own. But I am on a debt free journey and now that I know it is possible to make a decent income from blogging, I would like for my blog to generate income to help pay my debts down faster.

I did not have any blog expenses for the first month of June. I purchase my domain and hosting in August of 2016. My theme was one I purchased from an old blog that I never used. I did, however, purchase the e-book called Pinterest Strategies which I started putting into effect now.
JULY BLOG GOALS:
For the month of July, I would like to generate income. I applied for more affiliate links and purchase the e-course book Making Sense of Affiliate Marking. I will have a more detail review on the e-course once I finish successfully completed the course and started incorporating her tips.
- Pageviews: 10K-20K
- E-mail Subscribers: 50
- Income: $130.00 – My domain and hosting site needs to be renewed and I hope to use this blog income and not my actual income for those expenses.

- 50 Pinterest Groups
I want to purchase the Making Sense of Affiliate Marketing course in the month of July. I have heard so many good things about this course and would like to start putting the advice into effect at the start of my blogging journey. So if my budget permits I will purchase the course.
I am learning that blogging is a lot of work. More work than I could ever imagine. But I have noticed that the more work I put in the more results I see. I am learning to enjoy every step of this blogging journey. With all the hard work I am putting into my blog I know it will come, so I am just appreciating the step along the way.
